Mr. Quinton R. Bradley, Jr.
IT'S ALMOST OVER!
I'd like to thank every student and parent that made this year possible. Your diligence has certainly paid off. I hope that you camp out at a library or bookstore this Summer. Reading is the key to changing the way you perceive your life and the world. If you can go to the beach, hiking, or anything out of the ordinary do so. Serendipity is key to making folks successful in life. Not their race or gender. Venture out of the neighborhood. Visit movie theaters, malls, restaurants, stores, and the likes that you have thought of going to but never did. You might meet a new friend, business owner looking to hire someone like you, or even buy a winning lottery ticket in Beverly Hills. I don't know. But neither do you!
Daily Schedule:
Wake up at 8 a.m.
If in Summer school, make the necessary adjustments.
Make your bed and clean your room before doing anything in the morning.
Eat a wholesome breakfast with wheat, fiber, starch, protein and very little sugar.
Take 15-30 minutes to read the bible (or other religious books), your favorite book, and the newspaper.
Watch television for only 30 minutes a day and PS3 for only 15 minutes.
One bag of chips, cookie,or other junk foods a day!
Eat a good lunch. No sodas.
Eat at least one piece of your favorite fruit.
Drink lots of water all day.
Complete homework before 3 p.m.
Take 5-10 minutes everyday to write down what you did that day. Keep this in a notebook.
Get to bed at an appropriate time.
And do it all over again tomorrow!
Can't wait to hear about all that you did this Summer. Take care, Bradley
